Hatha
The Hatha yoga It is the yoga of postures and strength. It is the yoga method that works the physical body to facilitate meditation and the balance of opposites.

Traditional Hatha incorporates postures to increase flexibility and strength and breathing exercises to direct and enhance vital energy in the body.
Today the term is used to simply refer to a slow and deep posture practice. It is the basis of the other styles of physical yoga.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is the Sanskrit name for the link between breath and movement. Although this link is an inherent part of asana practices in yoga, Vinyasa has the particularity of synchronize each movement with an exhale, hold, or exhale. It is a dynamic and fluid practice.
Ashtanga
Ashtanga actually means "eight steps" in Sanskrit, which were the elements of yoga. For this reason, yoga from a classical perspective is always Ashtanga because all its practices are part of a broad system.
It emphasizes the physical aspect of yoga, that is, it is derived from Hatha yoga, but unlike its slow pace, Ashtanga yoga is based on fluid postures and movements, linked to breathing and constitutes a vigorous and demanding set system .
These elements help the practitioner to concentrate and increase energy throughout the practice. Ashtanga Yoga practiced with correct breathing purifies the physical, mental and emotional body. Regular practice of this discipline leads to joy, inner peace and balance and supports self-transformation and self-realization.
